#1 Evan Chisolm, QB/ATH 6โ€™3โ€ณ, 185Ibs.

Evan Chisolm is ready to play multiple positions for the Trailblazers this upcoming season. Read what he has to say about Americas football.

Q: What is the best part about being back on the gridiron with everything going on right now?

A: I am just glad to be back out there with the team and getting the chance to work for this season.

Q: What are your personal and team goals for the season?

A: A personal goal of mine is to break the school interception record. As a team district championship is the expectation and hopefully a deep playoff run.

Q: How do you prep for the Friday night lights, what are your pregame rituals?

A: Listening to my music and just imagining the game in my head play by play. Pre-game is not complete without tacos from Coach Melton.

#96 Dylan Kemp, DL 6โ€™0โ€ณ, 220Ibs.

Dylan Kemp is ready to dominate once again and wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks. See what he has to say about this upcoming season.

Q: What is the best part about being back on the gridiron with everything going on right now?

A: The best part would be the inspiration itโ€™s providing. Through playing football it shows that there is hope that everything could come back to normal one day. It gives us as players a feeling that couldnโ€™t be replicated and proves to the public that no matter what happens, our community will never give up and be headstrong through any challenge we may face.

Q: What are your personal and team goals for the season?

A: My personal goal for the season is just to go above my expectations. To get better at the craft Iโ€™ve made so far and to top everything Iโ€™ve done already. My goal as a team is to get the younger kids the mentality the seniors now have and make sure theyโ€™re ready to carry on the legacy.

Q: How do you prep for the Friday night lights, what are your pregame rituals?

A: My pregame ritual starts with constant prayer. When I get to the stadium I continuously have a conversation with God but my true ritual starts when I get to walk the field, before I step on I pray three our fathers as well as ask God for strength, wisdom, love, and courage, I then walk to the other end of the field and before walking off I repeat everything I prayed before.
